this your anxiety. high blood pressure is one of the symptoms and it can make you feel like your going to lose control, or go crazy. you need to work on breathing exercises they generally can help panic . ( panic attacks) and anxietys . find something you enjoy and do mental exercises. exercise is also great. do you eat well aswell? significally can help anxiety . i hope your not on meds!
you should get better hun, i go through panic attacks sometimes. green tea is good too to relax tension.

yes this sounds like anxiety and it can be a really strange thing. Good news is this is manageable wen you know how. Go to a doctor and asked to be referred to a mental health worker it will help and you’ll learn coping techniques. One of which is cognitive behaviour Therapy (CBT) its basically re-training your brain not to do there negative behaviours. (Maybe other therapists may have different methods I’m not sure) also dont expect a “quick fix” as time scale varies it depends on the individual hope this is helpful and thing improve soon
