All the symptoms you describe are classic descriptions of panic attack disorder. The only problem with this is that these symptoms can also be the indication of other ailments. Which is why it is so important to get checked out by your doctor first.
Absolutely! I’ve been battling Generalized anxiety disorder for 8 years and had all of the above and some time or another. More of the physical effects include: a feeling of a rock stuck on your neck, makes it really difficult to swallow and i’ve lost up to 10lbs in two weeks because of this problem. Flu-like symptoms including feeling achy and feverish with heat in the face and skull although when i take my temperature it is normal. Complete exhaustation.
A lot of us develop health anxiety because of the many symptoms we have. We start believing we have cancer or other really bad diseases. It is part of the anxiety.
