Natural relief to Anxiety?

I suffered from Anxiety and Panic attacks for about three years. About 5 months ago i was able to come off of the medication i was taking. I was doing perfectly for those 5 months off the meds. But all of a sudden i had a whole bunch of stress fall onto my shoulders and my panic attacks have returned. I am looking for natural ways to rid of this disorder. If you know of any, or have beat it yourself, please, please help. This is a horrible way to live your life. I dont want to depend on medicine, especially when it doesnt cure you, just keeps you as is and content. Please share your stories and inspirational words. Any postivity will really help.

anxiety relief natural or herbal help?

so i have anxiety and dont want to go to the doctor or get put on any prescriptions its not bad enough for that i was told that things for anit depression might help such as st johns wort or 5-htp but i would like some personal input on this matter

To this present day, herbs are still considered more appealing in relieving stress.

o    Ashwagandha: this herb is great for normalising adrenal and other bodily functions; it helps the body increase its energy levels, works as an anti-inflammatory and promotes energy. Ashwagandha has anti-inflammatory properties that are extremely useful in times of stress because excess stress can be responsible for systemic inflammation.

o     Valerian Root: if one of your symptoms of stress is having trouble sleeping (insomnia), this herb is a good natural stress relief because it is known to soothe the nerves and it has sedating effects too. This herb should be used before bedtime so that you can get a better night’s sleep.

2)    Have A Positive Attitude

Sometimes having a positive attitude in this world that is filled with so much cruelty and negativity can be difficult but it would do you a world of good to have a positive attitude.

3)    Take A Break

4)    Exercise Regularly
