   @starshiiiine I am sorry to hear that. I have struggled with panic attacks my whole life also. It is a very tough road, and a horrible thing. I hope things are better for you.

   I believe this and for exposure and any of this to work .. the person has to be 100% into it and want to be better .. I have seen and heard people that think they want to be better yet .. really do not. Unsure of this method or the cost ?? I do alot well all at this point on my own.
