What is the best natural relief for Anxiety especially when you feel a panic attack close to get over it?

Lay flat on the floor or couch with your eyes closed.
put one hand on your stomach
put the other hand on your chest
when you breathe in, make sure the hand on your chest goes up
when you breathe out, make sure the hand on your chest goes down
concentrate on your hand moving up and down, and concentrate on your heart rate decreasing as you breathe with your other hand.
breathe slowly, and deeply.
do this for 15 minutes and try not to fall asleep
this is what i used to do for my anxiety attacks as a teenager. you’ll never need xanax again. promise.

Slow down your breathing and heart rate. This is the best way that I know and have found it works:
-Inhale through your nose for 5 seconds.
-Hold your breath for 5 seconds.
-Exhale through your mouth for 5 seconds.
-Hold no breath for 5 seconds.
-Repeat until feeling better-
I tell ya what i did,after years of xanax, its a learned behavior i think, 1 day i said to myself this is it,,, i told myself,,,bring it on, it took a few really terrifying episodes,but you know what i did not die!!! if your driving or something that could get you hurt, pull the car over, stop what ever your doing that could harm you, if you hyperventilate and get woozy or even pass out, but you will come toooo!!!!!! panic disorder ruled my life for many years,not any more, i do have little hiccups from time to time, i just take a breath,, and tell myself bring it on, you will retrain your behavior
