Hey,
Well a heart attack is a physical problem, which leads to a physical pain. Where as Anxiety is a Pscycological problem causing a physical problem. Heart attacks risks increase with age, poor diet , smoking etc anything bad for you and research shows those who have had at are at an increased risk, not definite, just an increased risk. Anxiety and panic attaks is the same thing techinically, just a different name for each other, you can decrease your chances of having a heart attack by exercising and have a healthy diet, I recommend you see a doctor about these worry’s as I think you would benefit from someone more qualified to clear facts up for you.
A heart attack has to do with th heart, it beats irregularly, causing it to pump too fast or too slow. A heart attack is brought on by many things, such as over exerting yourself, or having a weak old heart to begin with. Although possible to have aheart attack in your teens it is very very unlikely as your heart is at its prime. Panic attacks are triggered through the brain, and a symptom of a heart attack is breathlessness and your heart beating irregularly. Panic attacks won’t leave you almost dead on the floor, unlike a heart attack. What you have probably is just panic attacks. They can be common on teens, especially if you’re in school or working in a stressful field.

To tell you the truth, most people wouldnt know the difference in the symptoms. A panic attack can feel just like a heart attack. Even doctors are sometimes unable to tell untill tests are run.
Dont get in the habit of researching symptoms online, you will jump to the wrong conclusion and at the same time feed your panic symptoms.
If you find you are doing this a lot, researching and getting more anxious, you are probably developing a health anxiety disorder. The best thing to do is to see a doctor, have a few tests and talk to the doctor about your anxiety.
The difference is very large
