I’ve had panic attacks before. They are awful. Supposedly they are caused by an inbalance of a chemical in the brain called ceratonin. They can be treated with medication. Go to your doctor and get help.
sometimes if u stressed u can get them the best thing to do is to stay calm and breath in and out slowly and u will go through them if not consult doctor ok
Sounds more like hypoglycemia (sugar dip) than panic. Panic attacks have fast heartbeat, sweaty brow, feelings of panic. Had you not eaten all day?
If it is panic, an author named Weekes has good books out.
Well I would say that you had a panic attack. Several issues could have caused them, but to not self analyze, it would be best for you to go to your doctor and he may recommend that you see a specialist. The attacks most likely will continue, so get some help.
First of all if you feel a panic attack comming on breath deeply and hold it for a moment and exhale fully, breath well. Lying down may help – most of all try your best to relax your body and mind. You also may try putting your head between your knees to get more blood to your brain and hold off the “pass out” effect. Another technique is to get some ice and a wet hand towel and blot your face with the cold towel.
